I felt trapped in the anxiety-laced grades-obsessed environment of school, separated from my passions to sit through classes that I'd learn more efficiently without. I made this 3-minute narrated film about my frustrations at high school for the final project of a film studies course.

Featuring my sister as an actor for my younger self
This film was mostly just sequencing. I didn't really do any colour grading or special affects other than one or two masks. I went into this film with the intention of creating a film sequence that was paced well and had clips that meshed coherently together to tell a story rather than experimenting with effects. It's been a while since I made a video with only Premiere and no After Effects or animation.
